Bowmore 1992 SV
Bowmore 1992 SV is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Islay region of Scotland. It was distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2008. It was aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 16 years and then finished in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-port casks for a further two years. The whisky has a deep golden colour and a complex aroma of peat smoke, oak, dried fruits and honey. On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied with a smoky, sweet flavour and notes of citrus, vanilla, and spices. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of peat smoke.
