Bowmore 1991 MM is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore Distillery, located on the Islay region of Scotland. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2017. The whisky was matured in a combination of refill bourbon and sherry casks. It is bottled at 43% ABV and is non-chill filtered. On the nose, the whisky has aromas of honey, spices, and citrus. The palate is sweet and spicy with notes of vanilla, toffee, and ripe fruit. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke.
