Bowmore 1991 DR is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Islay region of Scotland. Distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2018, this whisky was matured for 27 years in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The resulting whisky is a deep amber color with a complex aroma of toffee, dried fruits, and smoky peat. On the palate, this whisky offers a sweet and smoky flavor with notes of dried fruits, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and smoky, with a hint of sweetness.
