Bowmore 1991 Distillers Edition is a single malt Scotch whiskey produced by Bowmore Distillery in Islay, Scotland. It is a part of the Distiller's Edition series, which is made with a special finish in sherry casks. The whiskey is bottled at 43% ABV and has a deep amber color. On the nose, the whiskey has notes of toffee, honey, and dried fruit. On the palate, there are flavors of oak, dark chocolate, and spicy pepper. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke.
