Bowmore 1991 BA is a very rare and sought after single malt whisky from the Bowmore distillery in Scotland. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2002, making it a 12 year old whisky. It was aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at a cask strength of 55.6% ABV. The whisky has a deep amber color and aromas of honey, vanilla, and toffee. On the palate it is smooth and creamy, with flavors of toffee, caramel, and dark fruit. The finish is long and lingering, with notes of oak and smoke.
