Bowmore 1990 JM is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore distillery. It was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2007 by the independent bottler, J.M. (John McEwan). The whisky was aged for 17 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, giving it a deep golden color and a complex flavor profile. The nose is full of dried fruit, toffee, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, there are notes of sweet honey, dark chocolate, and dried apricots. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smoke and a hint of salt. This is a fantastic whisky that is sure to please any whisky enthusiast.
