Bowmore 1989 MC
Bowmore 1989 MC is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by Bowmore Distillery in Islay, Scotland. It was released in 2009 as part of the distillery's "Mariner Collection". The whisky is matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled at 40% ABV. It has a deep golden color and a nose of sweet peat smoke, toffee, and dried fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex with notes of sweet malt, toffee, and smoke. The finish is long and smoky with a hint of sweetness.
