This whisky was aged for 24 years in a single hogshead cask, yielding just 288 bottles. It has an ABV of 46% and is non-chill filtered. The aroma of this whisky is said to have notes of honey, toffee, and a hint of smoke. The flavor is sweet, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of smoke. This whisky is a great example of a classic Islay malt.
