Bowmore 1989 DL
Bowmore 1989 Distiller's Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore distillery in Islay, Scotland. It was distilled in 1989 and aged for 15 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. It was then finished in sherry casks for an additional 3 years before being bottled in 2003. This whisky has a deep golden color and a complex flavor profile with notes of smoke, peat, dried fruit, and spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness. This is an excellent whisky and highly sought after by collectors.
