Bowmore 1989 CA
Bowmore 1989 CA is a single malt whisky from the Bowmore distillery in Islay, Scotland. It was distilled in 1989 and matured in an ex-bourbon cask before being bottled at cask strength in 2003. The whisky has a deep golden colour and a nose of honey, citrus and peat smoke. On the palate, it is sweet and smoky with notes of honey, vanilla, citrus and a hint of spice. The finish is long and smoky with a lingering sweetness. This whisky is a great example of Bowmore's signature style, and is sure to be enjoyed by whisky connoisseurs.
