Bowmore 1989 BA is a single malt whisky from the Islay region of Scotland. Distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2009, it has been aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks for 20 years. The whisky has a deep golden colour and a nose of sweet honey and smoke. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with notes of peat smoke, toffee, and dried fruit. The finish is long and complex with a hint of spice. This is a great whisky for those who enjoy a classic Islay single malt.
