It was distilled in 1989 and matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks. On the palate, it has a smooth and creamy texture with flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of smokiness. The finish is long and complex with a lingering sweetness.
