Bowmore 1987 DL
Bowmore 1987 DL is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Islay region of Scotland. It was distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2010 by Douglas Laing & Co. It is a limited edition of just 876 bottles, making it a rare and sought-after whisky. The whisky is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks for 23 years, giving it a deep, complex flavor. It has a nose of peat smoke, toffee, and dried fruit, with a palate of honey, spice, and smoke. On the finish, there is a lingering smokiness with a hint of sweetness.
