Bowmore 1987 BA is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore distillery in Islay, Scotland. It was distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2020, making it 33 years old. It was finished in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, giving it a rich, sweet and smoky flavor. The whisky is bottled at cask strength of 54.2% ABV and is limited to just 1,200 bottles. The whisky has notes of dried fruits, toasted oak, smoke, and dark chocolate.
