Bowmore 1983 MI
Bowmore 1983 MI is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by Bowmore Distillery located in the Islay region of Scotland. It is a limited edition whisky released in 2015 to celebrate the distillery's 200th anniversary. The whisky was aged in Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks for 32 years before being bottled at cask strength of 44.8% ABV. The whisky has a deep golden color and aromas of sweet honey, dried fruits, and smoky peat. The palate is rich and complex with notes of dried fruits, caramel, and peat smoke. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice.
