Bowmore 1983 DL
Bowmore 1983 DL is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky, released by Bowmore Distillery in 2008. It was distilled in 1983 and matured in sherry casks for 25 years before being bottled. The whisky has a deep golden colour and a complex nose with aromas of honey, sherry, leather, and peat smoke. On the palate, the whisky is rich and full-bodied with notes of dried fruits, honey, and spices, balanced by a smoky, peaty finish. The whisky has won numerous awards, including a Gold Medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 2008.
