Bowmore 1982 DT is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Bowmore distillery in Islay, Scotland. It was distilled in 1982 and bottled in 2020 as part of the distillery’s Distiller’s Edition range. The whisky has been aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, giving it a deep golden colour and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, Bowmore 1982 DT has notes of honey, dried fruit, and spices, with a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is sweet and creamy, with notes of sherry, vanilla, and oak. The finish is long and warming, with a hint of peat smoke.
