Bowmore 1971
Bowmore 1971 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore distillery, located on Islay off the western coast of Scotland. Distilled in 1971 and bottled in 2006, this whisky was aged for 35 years in hand-selected sherry casks. It is considered one of the finest Bowmore expressions ever released and is highly sought-after by whisky connoisseurs. The whisky has a deep golden color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, peat smoke, and sweet sherry. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with notes of dried fruits, sherry, smoke, and peat. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice.
