Bowmore 1968 DT (Distiller's Edition) is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore distillery in Islay, Scotland. It is a limited edition whisky, with only 7,000 bottles released. The whisky was distilled in 1968 and matured in sherry casks. It has a deep, smoky flavor with notes of dried fruits, toffee, and a hint of peat smoke. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of sweetness. The whisky has won numerous awards, including a Silver Medal from the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 2004.
