Office Bowmore 08-year-old Sherriff's Office is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Bowmore Distillery in Islay, Scotland. It is aged in ex-bourbon barrels for eight years and is bottled at 40% ABV. The whisky has a light gold colour with a nose of sweet and smoky peat. On the palate, the whisky has a smooth, smoky flavour with notes of honey, oak, and spice. The finish is long and sweet with hints of vanilla and toffee.
