Booker's 07 + 9 months
Booker's 07 + 9 Months is a small batch bourbon whiskey produced by Booker Noe, the grandson of Jim Beam and sixth-generation master distiller of the Beam family. It is made from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley and aged for seven years and nine months in new, charred American white oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at a proof of 128.6, which is slightly higher than most other bourbons. Booker's 07 + 9 Months is known for its rich, oaky flavor and smooth finish.
