Ardbeg 1976 DoD
Ardbeg 1976 DoD is an incredibly rare and sought-after whisky from the Islay distillery. It was distilled in 1976 and bottled in 1991 at a cask strength of 50.2%. It is a single cask bottling, meaning that all of the whisky in the bottle came from one single cask. It is highly sought after due to its rarity and its incredibly smoky and peaty flavour profile. The whisky has notes of dried fruits, smoke, and sea salt and is said to have a very long and complex finish. It is considered one of the best whiskies ever produced by Ardbeg and is highly sought after by whisky collectors.
