Ardbeg 1975
Ardbeg 1975 is a single malt Scotch whisky that was distilled in 1975 and bottled in 2002. It is a rare and sought-after whisky, with only a few bottles remaining. It was aged for 27 years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength of 51.4% ABV. The whisky has a rich and intense aroma of peat smoke, dark chocolate and dried fruit. On the palate, it has a sweet and smoky flavour, with notes of toffee, dark chocolate and dried fruit. The finish is long and smoky, with a hint of pepper.
