The Scottish distillery Thursday announced a limited edition buried-brewed whiskey Ardbeg Fon Fhòid (Gaelic for “under the turf”) will be released along with a non-fungible token (NFT).

SUNTORY STARTS LOTTERY FOR YAMAZAKI LIMITED EDITION 2022, HIBIKI BLOSSOM HARMONY 2022

Suntory is now taking ballots for online lottery sales of the 2022 limited editions of Hibiki and Yamazaki. Hibiki Blossom Harmony was unveiled last year for the first time. In the case of Yamazaki Limited Edition, 2021 marked its triumphant return after four-year hiatus. You can enter the online lottery for Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 here, provided you live in Japan. That’s the same for Yamazaki Limited Edition 2022, where the online lottery is here. Either bottle will set you back 11,000 yen after tax. There are 1000 bottles of each up for grabs via this online lottery. If you want to hit the pavement to look, the release date of both bottles is May 23, 2022. You have until April 20 23:59 JST to enter both lotteries. Good luck! You’ll need it: Suntory apparently received over 200,000 entries for their online lottery for Yamazaki 55. I’m guessing they get similar numbers for these other official lotteries too.
